Once we finalize the Residential Construction Contract, we work within an approved budget and invoice monthly for the actual costs incurred, plus a 20% management fee. Our commitment to transparency means you will always know exactly where your money is going. We pass along all supplier and trade discounts directly to our clients, allowing you to benefit from the best pricing available in the market.
